MMI Dining Systems at University of Mobile has an opportunity for a Lead Cook! This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food is cooked properly and timely. 

If you have a passion for food and are dedicated to providing outstanding guest service by developing knowledge of all menu items the kitchen, completing opening and closing duties as necessary, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, this could be the job for you! 

If you have at least two (2) years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen; have outstanding customer service and understand that serving good-tasting food isn't the goal, but the requirement this could be the job for you.
