Director of Dining Systems with CDM/ DTR

MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Kitchen Manager/CDM, for our location in Southaven, MS at Desoto Healthcare.  As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, weekly and monthly reporting. The successful will have good financial and communication skills.  If you understand that being visible to guest is a key to success and don't mind being in the dining room during meal service, then this could be the job for you!  

The person in this position must have a CDM or DTR  or be exam eligible. 

The ideal candidate will have three (3) years experience working in a contract food service and have a good understanding of budgeting, food ordering and inventories along with a proven track record of providing outstanding guest relations.
