MMI Dining Systems is looking for a Regional Chef to be based out of our Flowood, MS office.  As the Regional Chef you will be responsible for providing support to the District Managers across multiple MMI Dining Systems accounts.  The Regional Chef will work with the on-site management teams to create a uniquely MMI experience for guest.  Responsibilities will include ensuring the promotion of the “guest first” concept to achieve service and maximizing profits.  This position is heavily focused on creating unique experiences for the client which includes in person meal presentations and promotional events. 

In addition to working on-site with Food Service Managers the Regional Chef plays an important role by assisting the District Managers in maintaining the high standards of quality in our accounts’ food and beverage operations in numerous ways including assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures; inspecting operations and assisting in the management coverage of operations when needed. Other duties include assisting with new account openings, menu development, and handling display cooking for property theme days.  

If you have at least five (5) years of experience working in the hospitality industry which includes at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a chef or kitchen manager; love getting people excited about food;  have strong people skills; and are able to travel to various accounts and extended time out of town when required and work a flexible schedule, this could be the job for you.
