MMI Dining Systems has an opportunity for Food Service Director at South Pointe Business Center in Clinton, MS.   This position is responsible for ensuring breakfast and lunch is served Monday – Friday. The Food Service Director will manage the kitchen staff to ensure that quality meals are prepared.  As the Food Service Director you will be responsible for ordering, inventory, training and hiring of all team members.  

If you have a minimum of 3-5 years of foodservice experience with increasing levels of responsibility and are able to manage all aspects of food service including inventory and cost controls along with menu planning and execution this could be the job for you!.

The ideal candidate keeps a positive outlook and understands and embraces a Customer First Attitude and has a culinary background.  The Food Service Director will have excellent leadership skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills.  A working knowledge of computers is required.
