Olivia DeMuth

Resource Manager

Olivia joined the MMI family in 2009. As North Region Resource Manager, she works closely with schools across Mississippi and Tennessee, traveling to meet with clients and offer support in marketing, special events, ServeSafe, budgeting, and more.

Making the most of her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi, Olivia’s past responsibilities at MMI are wide and varied, ranging from overseeing university game-day foodservice operations to creating and developing menus for K-12 students.

In 2010 Olivia was the recipient of the Ronald J. Cockayne Sr. Gold Award for Contract Property of the Year.
